1. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed once payment details are provided and a confirmation email/voucher has been issued.

  • Guests must ensure all personal and booking details are accurate. The hotel is not responsible for errors submitted by the guest.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payment may be required in full or partially at the time of booking, depending on the chosen rate.

  • Accepted payment methods typically include credit/debit cards and other methods specified by the hotel.

  • All prices are quoted in the hotel’s local currency unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation terms vary by rate type:

    • Flexible Rates: Free cancellation until the deadline specified in the booking confirmation.

    • Non-Refundable Rates: No refunds for cancellations, amendments, or no-shows.

  • No-Show: If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled date, the full booking amount may be charged.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: Usually from 11:00 AM (unless otherwise stated).

  • Check-out time: Usually by 12:00 PM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and may incur additional charges.

  • Government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.

5. Occupancy Rules

  • The number of occupants must not exceed the room’s maximum capacity.

  • Additional guests may incur extra charges and require registration.

  • Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Changes & Modifications

  • Any change to the booking (dates, room type, guest names) is subject to availability and may result in a price difference.

  • Some bookings, especially promotional or non-refundable rates, may not allow changes.

7. Taxes & Fees

  • All applicable taxes will be indicated during the booking process or at check-in.

8. Hotel Rules & Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must follow all hotel rules including noise, safety, and smoking policies.

  • Smoking in non-smoking rooms may result in cleaning or penalty fees.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.

9. Pets

  • Service animals are typically allowed with proper documentation.

10. Liability

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to money, valuables, or personal belongings unless stored in the hotel-provided safe.

  • The hotel is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond its control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, emergencies).

11. Force Majeure

  • The hotel may cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control without liability (natural disasters, government regulations, etc.).

12. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected during booking is used for reservation processing, guest services, and legal compliance.

  • Data is handled according to applicable privacy and data protection laws.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom where the hotel is located.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent local courts.
